The Gas Analyzer 210 - Biomethane was specially developed for the continuous and precise online analysis of high methane concentrations - ideal for biogas upgrading processes. With a measuring range of 0.1 to 100 % by volume CH₄, you receive exact and drift-free measurement results, even under demanding process conditions.

The gas analyzer uses an NDIR single-beam method with a heated cuvette (60°C), which offers a high measurement accuracy of <1 % of the measured value in the range of 0.1-100 % by volume for CH₄ and optionally CO₂. With a detection limit of 0.1 % by volume, the analyzer delivers reliable results even at low concentrations.
Thanks to interfaces such as RS232, Profibus, Modbus and Profinet, the Analyzer can be flexibly integrated into different process control systems. This makes installation easier and commissioning goes smoothly.
Thanks to the real-time monitoring of methane and CO₂ concentrations and the fast measurement interval of just 20 seconds, the analyzer offers reliable control over critical process values. This enables early detection of fluctuations and protects your system from potential risks.
The intuitive touch display with simple menu navigation allows you to conveniently set and operate the device. The automatic zero point correction works entirely without test gases or the use of gas cylinders, thus reducing effort and potential sources of error.
All relevant CH₄ and CO₂ values and status messages are displayed clearly and concisely in real time. This allows you to recognize maintenance requirements at an early stage and keep an overview of your system at all times.
Thanks to integrated interfaces, the measured values can be easily transferred to your existing operating systems - for smooth integration into your processes.
