The roots of Fresenius Umwelttechnik GmbH date back to 1848, when Carl Remigius Fresenius foun­ded the Fresenius Chemical Laboratory. We are loo­king for an exter­nal cus­to­mer ser­vice repre­sen­ta­ti­ve for our Herten loca­ti­on, to start as soon as pos­si­ble.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, ser­vicing, and repair of our gas mea­su­re­ment sys­tems in the field
  • Analysis and trou­ble­shoo­ting of error sources in gas mea­su­re­ment sys­tems in the field
  • Technical pho­ne sup­port for tech­ni­cal inqui­ries
  • Documentation of work per­for­med (soft­ware-sup­port­ed)
  • External ser­vice and com­mis­sio­ning assign­ments
  • Service trai­ning for cus­to­mers and ser­vice part­ners
  • Proficient use of stan­dard soft­ware such as MS-Office
  • Furthermore, pro­fi­ci­ent use of our in-house device soft­ware for
  • rea­ding out and ana­ly­zing data (part of the onboar­ding pro­cess)

Your Profile

  • You have com­ple­ted tech­ni­cal trai­ning as an elec­tro­nics tech­ni­ci­an or mecha­tro­nics tech­ni­ci­an, or an equi­va­lent qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on
  • Ideally, you have alre­a­dy gai­ned expe­ri­ence in a com­pa­ra­ble posi­ti­on
  • Proficient German lan­guage skills, both writ­ten and spo­ken
  • English skills are a plus
  • You are trust­wor­t­hy, dili­gent, and loy­al
  • A strong sen­se of respon­si­bi­li­ty is one of your strengths
  • Quality-con­scious work and cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted thin­king are para­mount to you
  • A quick grasp, proac­ti­ve thin­king, and empa­thy distin­gu­ish you
  • You enjoy struc­tu­red, inde­pen­dent, and self-reli­ant work
  • You have the abili­ty to orga­ni­ze yours­elf and your tasks, con­tri­bu­te your part to the big­ger pic­tu­re, and think out­side the box. Questioning things and proac­ti­ve action are high­ly wel­co­me.
