Process Measurement Technology Made in Germany

Process measurement technology from Fresenius Instruments is developed and manufactured exclusively in Germany – with premium components from German suppliers that ensure a device lifespan of over 30 years. In the steel industry, the GA220 multi-gas analyzer monitors blast furnace processes with up to 8 simultaneous measurement channels. In power plants, GA210 O₂ analyzers with paramagnetic sensors (accuracy ±0.05 vol.%) control combustion optimization. In the glass industry, the TINA InSitu analyzer delivers readings directly from the melting furnace – without gas conditioning, with response times under 10 seconds.

Our process measurement technology covers five measurement principles: NDIR for CO₂, CO, CH₄, SO₂, NO and solvent vapors; TDLAS for ppb-accurate trace measurements; paramagnetism and ZrO₂ for oxygen; TCD in the FTC300 for hydrogen, helium, argon and ammonia. The RCI gas cooler series (RCI 100 as compact desktop unit, RCI 500 for 19-inch rack, RCI 700 for two simultaneous gas streams) provides clean sample gas at just 0.86% residual moisture with Duran glass heat exchangers.

What makes our process measurement technology particularly economically attractive is the combination of low operating costs and high reliability: the patented automatic zero-point correction without test gas eliminates ongoing expenses for calibration gases. 10+ years spare parts guarantee secures the investment long-term. Standard interfaces – Modbus TCP, Ethernet, RS232 and 4-20 mA outputs – ensure integration into any process control system.

Worldwide on-site service with response times of 24–48 hours and the Cloud Connect Kit for real-time remote diagnostics complete the offering. This allows operators in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and food industries to benefit from process measurement technology that not only measures precisely but also operates cost-effectively over the long term.
