Gas analyzer calibration
A gas analyzer measures only as precisely as it is calibrated. We calibrate your devices in our laboratory with test gas – from the factory with a characteristic for your substance and regularly in service afterwards.

What is included
- Calibrated at the factory All measuring devices are calibrated and tested in our laboratory before delivery.
- Characteristic for your substance Each device receives a substance-specific characteristic – optimised for the gas you measure.
- Annually in service Together with maintenance, we recalibrate your device once a year.
- Zero point without test gas Devices with two-pressure reference correct the zero point automatically in operation – without any test gas.

Frequently asked questions: Calibration
How often does a gas analyzer need calibrating?
We recommend calibration once a year, together with maintenance. Devices with two-pressure reference need no test gas in between.
What is test gas?
A gas with a precisely known concentration. We use it to set the zero point and measuring range of the device.
Do you also calibrate devices from other manufacturers?
Our service also covers third-party devices. Register the device with manufacturer and serial number in the service form.
