Complete Gas Measurement Technology from a Single Source

Anyone looking for industrial gas measurement technology needs more than individual devices – they need a well-designed complete system. Fresenius Instruments delivers exactly that: from high-precision gas analyzers like the GA220 multi-gas analyzer and the GA210 single-gas device, through specialized RCI series gas coolers with corrosion-resistant Duran glass heat exchangers, to complete sampling systems for gas extraction from industrial processes. Everything from a single source, everything Made in Germany.

Our gas measurement technology covers over 120 measurable substances using five different measurement principles: NDIR for infrared-active gases such as CO₂, CO and CH₄, TDLAS for trace measurements in the ppb range, paramagnetic and ZrO₂ sensors for oxygen, and thermal conductivity detection (TCD) in the FTC300 for gases like hydrogen and ammonia. The TINA InSitu analyzer complements the portfolio through direct in-process measurement without gas conditioning.

What sets Fresenius apart from other gas measurement providers is the combination of tradition and innovation: since 1848, the Fresenius name has stood for analytical expertise. Today, we guarantee device lifespans of over 30 years, 10+ years spare parts supply and a patented automatic zero-point correction without test gas that significantly reduces ongoing costs.

The Cloud Connect Kit completes the ecosystem: measurement data, status messages and fault reports are transmitted in real time via mobile network. This allows remote fault diagnosis, optimized maintenance intervals and central monitoring of multiple sites – a particularly cost-effective solution for operators of distributed facilities in the biogas sector, wastewater treatment or chemical industry.
