Process Analytics for Industrial Manufacturing

Industrial process analytics determines product quality, energy efficiency and plant safety. Fresenius Instruments offers a process analytics portfolio that stands apart from complex modular systems of large corporations through one decisive characteristic: our solutions are simpler to handle, more cost-effective to operate and uncompromisingly precise. The GA220 multi-gas analyzer combines up to 8 measurement components in a single 19-inch rack housing – NDIR, paramagnetic, electrochemical and ZrO₂ combined, without requiring separate modules and elaborate system integration.

For applications requiring direct measurement in the process stream, the TINA InSitu analyzer sets the standard: it measures directly at the process without gas conditioning, achieves response times under 10 seconds and holds ATEX approval for use in potentially explosive areas. Where NDIR reaches its physical limits – such as with hydrogen, helium or ammonia – the FTC300 delivers reliable readings using the thermal conductivity principle (TCD). The RCI series gas coolers with Duran glass heat exchangers ensure the necessary sample gas quality.

All Fresenius process analytics devices support common industrial interfaces: Modbus TCP, Ethernet, RS232 and analog 4-20 mA outputs enable seamless integration into existing process control systems. The patented automatic zero-point correction without test gas saves considerable ongoing costs – with a device lifespan of over 30 years and 10+ years spare parts guarantee, an investment that pays off over decades.

From chemical and pharmaceutical industries to power plants and steel mills, glass and food production: Fresenius Instruments has been your partner for analytical measurement technology for over 175 years – with worldwide on-site service and the Cloud Connect Kit for centralized real-time remote monitoring of all process measurement points.
