The SmartControl 300 is primarily designed for monitoring gas mixtures containing solvents. Substances such as perchloroethene, KWL and freons can be detected as standard - other gas types can be integrated on request. Thanks to the NDIR measuring method and integrated correction functions, a measurement accuracy of less than 5 % of the measured value (depending on the substance) is guaranteed. The concentrations that can be measured also depend on the substance.

The Smart Control 300 is not designed for use in ATEX zones. However, our experts often find solutions to install the measuring device outside the Ex zone and still use it effectively. For applications in potentially explosive atmospheres, we can implement a customer-specific project on request.
The device has a maximum heat-up time of 120 seconds at room temperature(20 °C). It is then ready for operation and can carry out measurements.
