Do I need a specific authorization to distribute analítica de biogás in Ucrania?

No. You need a commercial customer base in the relevant industries and the willingness to use our engineering pre-check from Herten. We supply the device-level compliance documentation applicable in Ucrania.

How many Fresenius partners currently operate in Ucrania?

We are actively building the Ucrania partner network. Early applicants have a real shot at Premium or Exclusive status with territory-wide lead flow.

Do I need existing gas analyzer experience?

Experience helps, but it is not required. Product training can be booked from us at any time — paid for Authorized partners, and included at Premium tier (one training per unit and per staff member per year). What matters is a real regional sales presence, technical selling ability and a serious commitment to after-sales support. For teams new to process analytics, starting with the BioBasic series is the recommended entry point.

What does onboarding actually cost me?

No entry fee, no annual license, no royalty. You purchase at least one demo unit at partner price — as your reference in sales, for on-site customer demos and for your own trade-show presence. Most partners recover the demo unit through their first closed deal. Portal onboarding is fully self-serve at your own pace. Product training is booked separately — paid at Authorized tier, included from Premium (one training per unit and per staff member per year).

Do I have to keep the demo unit forever?

It becomes your property. Many partners eventually resell it after two to three years and buy a newer generation. Others keep it for on-site customer demos indefinitely. There is no returning obligation.

What does it take to reach Premium and Exclusive?

Sustained performance over 12 months (rolling window) and a coherent market picture. Concrete thresholds are discussed individually in the review conversation, because they depend heavily on your market. Exclusive additionally requires a signed country-protection agreement. Both tiers include a fair grace period during dips — no demotion after a single soft quarter.

Is my region protected?

Prospective customers from your region can reach out to you directly through our website. Exclusivity for specific regions becomes available once defined revenue thresholds are met. Without exclusivity, several partners can coexist within one country.

How are customer inquiries handled?

Customer inquiries are forwarded to you through our system. You reply normally; further messages flow through the same channel.

Can I also service Fresenius Umwelttechnik units I did not sell?

Yes. Every Authorized Partner can quote service and calibration on any Fresenius Umwelttechnik unit in their region, regardless of original sales channel. Service revenue counts toward the annual thresholds. Warranty-relevant work needs technical clearance from our engineers.

What languages does the Insider portal support?

The Insider portal already speaks German, English, Spanish, Russian and Japanese — fully translated across dashboard, onboarding, technical brief and mails, not just menu labels. Additional languages ship based on partner geography. Customer-facing mails render automatically in the customer's own language.
