Most partners recover the demo unit through their first closed deal. Portal onboarding is fully self-serve at your own pace. Product training is booked separately — paid at Authorized tier, included from Premium (one training per unit and per staff member per year).

Yes. Every Authorized Partner can quote service and calibration on any Fresenius Umwelttechnik unit in their region, regardless of original sales channel. Service revenue counts toward the annual thresholds. Warranty-relevant work needs technical clearance from our engineers.
