Process Measurement Technology Made in Germany
Process measurement technology from Fresenius Instruments is developed and built in Germany: gas analyzers, sample gas coolers and Smart measuring systems for continuous gas analysis. The GA series comes as 19-inch units for extractive measurement – from the GA 210 single-gas analyzer and the GA 220 multi-component analyzer with up to eight sample inlets to the GA 320 for up to six infrared-active gases.
Four measuring principles cover most tasks: NDIR for CO₂, CO, CH₄, N₂O and solvent vapours, paramagnetism and zirconia for oxygen, electrochemical cells for H₂S and H₂. The NDIR analyzers use the patented dual-pressure reference method. The RCI 500 and RCI 700 sample gas coolers dry the gas to a dew point of 5 °C, the RCI 700 for two gas paths at once.
Readings reach your process control system via 4–20 mA, RS232 or, optionally, Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and Profinet. With the Cloud Connect Kit you see readings and alarms remotely as well. Service – maintenance, repair, commissioning and training – we provide worldwide, internationally together with our service partners; we agree the service date directly with you.
