The Smart series from Fresenius Umwelttechnik stands for relia­ble gas ana­ly­sis in a par­ti­cu­lar­ly com­pact design. This series com­pri­ses two inno­va­ti­ve devices: the Smart Control 300, the Smart O2 and the Smart O2 Portable. All models offer pre­cise mea­su­re­ments and have been spe­ci­al­ly deve­lo­ped for appli­ca­ti­ons whe­re space saving and fle­xi­bi­li­ty are para­mount. With the Smart series, you get sta­te-of-the-art gas ana­ly­sis tech­no­lo­gy that can be easi­ly inte­gra­ted into your pro­ces­ses thanks to its com­pact design, wit­hout com­pro­mi­sing on per­for­mance.

Cost effi­ci­en­cy through low-main­ten­an­ce ope­ra­ti­on

The Smart-Series does not requi­re test gases during ope­ra­ti­on and the­r­e­fo­re signi­fi­cant­ly redu­ces run­ning cos­ts. The auto­ma­tic zero point cor­rec­tion mini­mi­zes main­ten­an­ce requi­re­ments, which extends the ser­vice life of your sys­tem and pre­vents unfo­re­seen fail­ures.

Versatility for dif­fe­rent appli­ca­ti­ons

Thanks to the opti­on of using both elec­tro­che­mi­cal (EC) and NDIR mea­su­re­ment methods, you can mea­su­re a wide ran­ge of gases with the Smart Control 300. The Smart O2 devices come with a zir­co­ni­um oxi­de sen­sor. This makes the device par­ti­cu­lar­ly fle­xi­ble and ide­al for use in a wide ran­ge of indus­tri­al sec­tors, from the bio­gas indus­try to ref­ri­ge­ra­tor recy­cling.

Simple inte­gra­ti­on and ope­ra­ti­on

The com­pact design and diver­se inter­faces such as ProfiBus, Profinet and Ethernet IP enable seam­less inte­gra­ti­on into exis­ting sys­tems. The user-fri­end­ly 128 x 64 touch dis­play makes ope­ra­ti­on intui­ti­ve and ensu­res fast and relia­ble moni­to­ring of your gases.
