Portable Gas Analyzer for Mobile Measurements
The GA100 Portable: Battery-powered, ready to use and precise – for mobile gas measurement directly on site.
Mobile Gas Measurement with the GA100 Portable
The GA100 Portable from Fresenius Instruments is a battery-powered, portable gas analyzer that brings precise NDIR measurement technology to wherever it is needed – independent of mains power and fixed infrastructure. During commissioning of new plants, it determines actual emission values on site and supports fine-tuning of combustion processes. In incident and emergency situations, it provides immediate measurement data to initiate the right countermeasures.
Despite its compact and robust design, the GA100 Portable uses the same proven NDIR technology as the stationary GA series analyzers. This means comparable measurement accuracy in the ppm range, high selectivity and low cross-sensitivity – even under challenging operating conditions. Environmental authorities and auditors use it for control measurements, while service technicians rely on it during maintenance for quick functional testing of stationary systems.
Typical application scenarios include mobile emission measurement at stack outlets, leak detection in gas piping systems, ambient air measurements during environmental incidents, reference measurements for validation of stationary CEMS installations, and indoor air quality checks in production halls. The GA100 Portable is ready for use within minutes – without lengthy warm-up phases or external gas supply.
Like all Fresenius analyzers, the GA100 benefits from patented automatic zero-point correction without test gas and is manufactured in Germany. Premium components ensure reliability even under harsh conditions – supported by our worldwide service and 10+ years spare parts guarantee.
