How to start the test:

1. In the chat win­dow, click on “Consultation” to acti­va­te the AI bot.
2. The bot is only available on this test page – not on other are­as of the web­site.

What you can do:

• Ask the bot any ques­ti­ons and test its know­ledge.
• Check how well it responds to quo­te-rela­ted topics.
• Observe how it requests infor­ma­ti­on important for a quo­te.

Important notes:

• We can only see the con­ver­sa­ti­on once the AI bot deci­des to hand it over to an employee.
• If you noti­ce a pro­blem, sim­ply say “Report a pro­blem” or “Agent” in the chat.

Possible pro­blems include:

• Obviously incor­rect infor­ma­ti­on
• The bot does not per­form a pro­mi­sed func­tion (e.g., becau­se it actual­ly can­not do so)

Our goal is to deve­lop Tory to relia­bly ans­wer ques­ti­ons as a vir­tu­al sales repre­sen­ta­ti­ve, coll­ect data for quo­tes, and acce­le­ra­te the com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on pro­cess.
