What information do you need for a quote?
All gases in the sample gas – including those that are not measured –, the required measuring range, humidity, temperature and sample gas flow. Our engineers use this to design the device, calibration and sample gas conditioning for your process.
Can I request a quote if some details are missing?
Yes. Send what you know – we clarify open points with you. Tory can also pre-fill the technical questionnaire with you.
Why do you ask about gases that are not to be measured?
Gases affect each other in the measurement (cross-sensitivity), and humidity can condense. Only with complete details does the quote fit right away and the device measure reliably later.
How do I get a quote for maintenance or calibration?
Via the service form. Please have the serial numbers of your devices ready.
