Imagine being able to cen­tral­ly eva­lua­te mea­su­re­ment data from your gas ana­ly­sis sys­tems in the cloud and radi­cal­ly sim­pli­fy and shor­ten the ser­vice via the cloud. Ideally, with a solu­ti­on that can be easi­ly retro­fit­ted to exis­ting gas ana­ly­sis sys­tems using plug & play.
We have deve­lo­ped the Cloud Connect Kit (CCK) pre­cis­e­ly for this pur­po­se.

Why this is important

Biogas plants, power-to-gas sys­tems, sewa­ge tre­at­ment plants, as well as pro­ces­ses in the petro­che­mi­cal indus­try and many other sec­tors, requi­re loca­ti­on-inde­pen­dent insight into the mea­su­re­ment data in order to relia­bly and cle­an­ly con­trol pro­ces­ses. Service tech­ni­ci­ans need to view the mea­su­re­ment and error log for dia­gno­ses in order to car­ry out more tar­ge­ted main­ten­an­ce.
However, mea­su­re­ment data often remains “on site” – and solu­ti­ons for this requi­re unneces­sa­ry effort in the fac­to­ry IT depart­ment.

Our deve­lo­p­ment the­r­e­fo­re has the goal: To great­ly sim­pli­fy the effort requi­red to eva­lua­te the mea­su­re­ment and error data.
